Founder: Rosemary (Rosie) Killip

Rosemary (Rosie) Killip is an independent advisor specialising in building compliance systems, regulatory frameworks, and organisational risk. She has worked in the building compliance sector since the early 1990s, contributing to the application of modern building legislation across government, healthcare, and complex property environments.

In 2000, Rosie established Building Networks, a private training and capability development business focused on improving consistency and confidence in the practical application of building compliance requirements.

Today her work centres on providing independent advisory support to organisations managing compliance across complex property portfolios, particularly where risk is emerging or system confidence is reduced.Rosie is known for a practical, measured approach that helps clarify issues, identify exposure, and support informed decision-making.
